Keltic Gold

A pungent washed rind cheese, creamy smooth texture and round full sweet flavour – reminiscent of French Alpine cheeses. Local cider is used to dip and scrub each cheese three times a week which gives apple overtones to the palate and a distinctive edible orange rind.

Keltic Gold has a separate maturing room due to its unique micro bacteria which can easily be identified by its unique aroma.

A washed curd cheese made using Cornish Sea Salt’s Lemon and Thyme blend. This cheese is creamy with herby, citrus flavours and a background of nuttiness from the natural mould rind.

Nanny Muffet

OUR GOAT’S CHEESE!

Nanny Muffet is a pasteurised, vegetarian, naturally mould ripened, washed curd goats’ cheese, made using our own unique 3 star Gold Miss Muffet recipe. The smooth white pate is supple and pliable while retaining its shape on a cheeseboard and the zingy fresh taste explodes with well-balanced citrus notes.
