Our History
Cheesemaking began is 1999 in a disused stable on Whalesborough Farm where our own cows provided milk for the cheese making.
Using milk churns to move the milk and tractor weights to press the cheeses we worked hard to develop a range of cheeses that are both popular and different.
Our customers have played a big part in this and we pride ourselves on our close relationship with them.
It is sad that we had to sell our cows in 2004, but buying local milk has allowed us to use all our resources to make top quality cheese.
